HairHashira (aka DevilishDreads) is a locs-and-braids specialist studio on E Pacific just south of downtown — the rare Spokane chair built around dreadlocks. The menu is deep on locs: starter and instant dreadlocks (full, half, and partial), retwists and maintenance, synthetic and custom-synthetic installs, and a locs detox treatment. Braiders will find box braids, traditional and knotless, plus cornrows and micro-to-jumbo work, and there's K-tip extensions, vivid multi-tone color, keratin smoothing, and straight-razor beard grooming alongside. Several services require a consultation and deposit, and the cancellation policy is strict — 100% within 72 hours. For locs and protective styles, it's a genuine specialist.
