NOIR A Style Parlor is a luxury salon in Deer Park on Main Street, owned by Jessica Mitchell — a hometown Deer Park stylist who went on to become an international educator and brought those global techniques home. The menu is full-service: color (all-over, foils, balayage and foilage, corrective work and toning), extensions (keratin-tip, weft, and i-tip), plus cuts, blowouts, and perms, and an esthetics side with lashes, brows, and facials. Bellami is the extension line. It's framed as a luxurious retreat, with a firm 48-hour cancellation policy.
