Rooted & Rogue is a full-service salon on E Trent in the Millwood and Spokane Valley area, co-owned by Mateo and Lucia. The name is the philosophy: rooted in technical training and ongoing education, rogue in creative risk-taking and customization. Beyond hair — color, balayage, blonding, extensions, keratin, and curly and textured cuts — the team also offers nails, facials, waxing, spray tans, lashes, fine-line tattoos, and permanent jewelry. The space is kept relaxed on purpose: approachable, inclusive, and genuinely welcoming, with 24/7 online booking.
