Salon Nouveau has been a South Hill fixture since 1997, when Terri Brazil Eagon and Stephanie Sather — who had met as stylists at the iconic 30th Off Grand — partnered up to open their own place. More than 25 years on, the salon specializes in precision cuts, custom color and highlights, and Great Lengths keratin-bond extensions (Terri is an elite member of Great Lengths USA).
