Smoov Cutz has been cutting in Spokane Valley since June 2011, when owner Smoov (Jason Watson) opened the shop on the motto 'Come in shabby, leave happy!' This is the Spokane Valley Mall location, run day-to-day by manager David, where five barbers handle styled and basic cuts, hot-towel razor shaves, beard trims, tapers, line-ups, and brows. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred. The shop was voted best of the city in 2019 by Spokane + Coeur d'Alene Living.
