Smoov Cutz Barber Shop is the second Spokane Valley home of the shop owner Smoov started in June 2011 — this one at Evergreen Square — grown from one small spot to two over more than a decade. The motto still holds: 'Come in shabby, leave happy!' Expect the full barbering menu: styled cuts, cuts with a beard, basic cuts, tapers and line-ups, hot-towel head and facial razor shaves, beard trim-and-wash, and brows. Walk-ins are accepted, though appointments are preferred.
