Channa runs Creative Looks solo in Spokane Valley, and 'creative' fits the range — haircuts, color and lightening, wedding styles, extensions, even dread work. What she's proudest of, though, is communication: she'd rather over-explain than send you out unsure, and welcomes a call or text before you book. The kind of one-chair stylist who makes the chair feel low-pressure.
