Jenne is the curl specialist behind Jenne with a Twist in Spokane Valley — twenty-seven years in, Vidal Sassoon-trained, and both DevaCut and Rezo Cut certified. She cuts each curl individually in its natural state and teaches clients to read their own curl pattern so the look holds at home, and she does Babe hand-tied extensions and balayage too. Her work's been featured in Curl Magazine, and she keeps clean lines like Innersense and Olaplex on the shelf.
