Patti Green is the sole proprietor of green. studio NW, a sustainability-focused, single-chair studio on the South Hill's E 29th. She attended college in Seattle, launched her career in New York, and spent years in Portland — where she still works one week a month — before opening her Spokane studio in late 2025. It's a non-tipping room with flat hourly pricing, and she works with all hair types, from upkeep to a full reinvention.
