Ty Wagoner was born in Spokane and raised over the pass in Leavenworth, and he's back home now behind the chair at Brickyard Barbershop on North Monroe. His thing is simple and he means it: making sure everyone who leaves his chair feels better than when they walked in — a proper traditional cut, the straight-razor finish included.
