Once you add deposits, reminders, and staff, the booking apps run $48–$213 a month— and the marketplace ones skim 20–30% of every new client on top. We're $12, we take 0%, and getting found is free. The switch pays for itself the first week.
No-shows, handled — without the awkward part
Card on file — no charge, no hold
Clients save a card when they book. We don't charge it and we don't put a hold on their funds, so booking stays frictionless and more of them follow through.
Your cancellation window, your call
Set a window — say 24 hours. Cancel or no-show inside it and your no-show fee is charged to the card on file automatically. Cancel in time and nothing happens. No chasing, no confrontation.
Deposits, only if you want them
Prefer money upfront? Turn on a deposit — flat or a percent of the service. It's collected at booking, applied to the appointment, and refunded if they cancel inside your window.
